THE JOB
In this role you will lead the development and implementation of AI-driven workflows and automations across the company. You identify relevant AI tools, evaluate their potential and turn them into practical solutions that improve processes, efficiency and collaboration. You work at the intersection of technology, operations and cross-functional teams, managing AI-related projects end-to-end and ensuring that new tools are not only introduced, but successfully integrated into day-to-day workflows. This also includes running trainings, workshops and ongoing stakeholder coordination.
Another key focus is the setup and optimization of automations using tools such as Make, Airtable, OpenAI and similar platforms. We are looking for a structured, hands-on personality with a strong interest in AI, solid technical understanding and experience implementing digital workflows and automations.

THE SALARY
The annual gross salary for this position starts at €55,000 on a full-time basis. Depending on qualifications and experience, overpayment is of course possible.
